Terms & Conditions

Last updated: November 2026

These terms

These terms govern your use of this website and the services you engage WEBBER to provide. By submitting an enquiry or paying for a service, you agree to these terms and the written scope provided for your engagement.

Services and scopes

We provide business registration support, corporate services, branding, website development, digital solutions and international business support. The specific deliverables, fees, assumptions and exclusions are set out in your written quote or proposal. Anything not listed is not included.

Third-party authorities

Many services involve the Corporate Affairs Commission, tax authorities, trademark registries, Companies House or other third parties. WEBBER prepares, submits and coordinates your application, but approval decisions, processing times and statutory fees rest with those institutions. We do not guarantee approval or a specific completion date.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful information and documents, for responding to requests promptly, and for reviewing drafts and filings before submission. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information are not the responsibility of WEBBER.

Fees and payment

Professional fees are quoted in the applicable currency. Statutory or third-party fees may be separate and are confirmed in your quote. Work begins after the agreed deposit or payment. Late or failed payments may pause delivery.

Intellectual property

On full payment, you receive the rights agreed in your scope for final brand assets and website deliverables. WEBBER retains ownership of its methods, templates, draft files and underlying tools, and may show non-confidential work in its portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, WEBBER is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss arising from third-party decisions. Our total liability for a service is limited to the professional fees paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith discussion.
