Our approach

We want every engagement to be clear before it starts. Your written quote sets out the deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and payment schedule. This policy explains what happens if plans change.

Before work begins

If you cancel before substantive work has started, we refund professional fees paid, less any third-party costs already incurred and a reasonable administration charge where applicable.

After work begins

Once drafting, design, filing preparation or coordination has started, fees for work completed are non-refundable. We will provide a clear account of the work done and any third-party costs already committed.

Government and third-party fees

Statutory fees paid to the CAC, tax authorities, registries, Companies House or other third parties are generally non-refundable once submitted, even if an application is rejected or delayed. We will explain the position in your quote.

Rejected applications

If a regulator rejects an application because of an error WEBBER made, we will correct and resubmit at no additional professional fee. If the rejection results from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by you, additional work may be quoted.

How to request a refund

Email hello@webbertechsolution.online with your name, engagement details and the reason for the request. We will acknowledge within a reasonable period and respond after reviewing the file.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. This does not affect your statutory rights.
