Overview
A business name registration formalises your sole proprietorship with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC). It is the quickest and most affordable route to operating legally in Nigeria: you can open a corporate bank account, sign contracts in the business name and build customer trust. WEBBER prepares, verifies and submits your application and follows it through to certificate issuance.
